Must be a Journeyman licensed by Iowa Public Health Board (IPHB) and capable of efficiently and correctly diagnosing issues in the following systems:

1. Light commercial HVAC units (RTU’s and split systems)
2. Geothermal heat pump
3. Air source heat pump systems
4. Boilers
5. In Floor radiant heating systems and components
6. Conventional HVAC equipment
7. Minisplits
8. Tankless hot water heaters
9. Communicating zoning and high-end modulating systems

Able to present themselves in a professional manner with a high standard for personal image and punctuality as well as effectively communicate with clients and teammates.

• Good work ethic
• Very skilled at sheet metal & piping
• Able to work independently & supervise apprentice
• Strong leadership skills
• Passion for HVAC and construction
• Clean driving record & no criminal background
• Interest in all aspects of the HVAC trade including service work
• Hand tools and electrical meter
• Sheet metal tools
